<pre>I recently heard that if the university goes to a fact finder for our contract we will need at least and no less than 230 votes from our
union. Please please get the word out that this is very critical and we must all make an effort to attend any upcoming meetings and
the most important will be the voting of the contract. If you know someone who is unable to walk have someone take them or drop
them off, please this is very important that we stay united they want to keep whittling away at our contract and the only way you will
know what is happening is if you attend our meetings. It is not a good policy to have someone relay the message, we all know when
a story is told by the time it reaches the second or third person, the story has changed so please plan to attend each and every
meeting, our next meeting is on May 2nd at McKay I understand they are going to start at 3:30 (don’t quote me) but the union
wants to take a survey from its members. The Vindicator is still on strike and their biggest issue is health care and we don’t want to
end up in that same situation out of work for a lengthy period so please get out there!!!!!
