of the YSU Black Faculty and Staff Association is to provide an organized
support system to enhance diversity within the University, build relationships,
and develop a support system for employees and students.</span></font></p>

promote better understanding among the African American faculty and staff at </span></font><font

bear upon the operating procedures at YSU. To facilitate, as completely
and as meaningfully as possible, the educational and work experiences of
students, faculty and staff of YSU. To this end we shall endeavor:</span></font></p>
