Mayor Williams has issued a proclamation that designated this week
"Paul Laurence Dunbar Week". The document is proudly on display in the
main lobby of Maag Library. It will be turned over to the Office of
Equal Opportunity and Diversity at the end of Black History Month
celebration.<br>
