2005 SEA Harold K. Schneider Student Prize

The Society for Economic Anthropology (SEA) invites both undergraduate and
graduate students to submit papers on any aspect of economic anthropology
(including archaeology) for its 2005 Harold K. Schneider Student Prize in
Economic Anthropology. Manuscripts should be in English and no longer than
10,000 words, including endnotes, and conform to AAA style.  Submissions
must be accompanied by a supporting letter from a faculty sponsor. The
authors of the winning papers in both the undergraduate and graduate
categories will each receive a prize of $150, a certificate of achievement,
a year's membership in the SEA, and the most recent volume in the SEA
series, Monographs in Economic Anthropology. They will also be invited to
make presentations at the annual SEA spring meeting. The winners' sponsors
will receive an SEA volume. Submissions must include both a single hard copy
and an electronic format copy (Microsoft Word). Please do not include your
