[YAPA] Testing the new YAPA mailing list

We've been working on a new mail list for YAPA and now have one up and running
through YSU (thanks to Doug Sewell, systems programmer in Computer Services).

Everyone who was subscribed through Coollist has been transferred over to the
new list on YSU.

You'll be seeing an introductory message from the Big Z soon - this message is
just a test of the system.
