[YAPA] YAPA Professional Day Invitation - December 20, 2016

Dear Physics Teacher and Y.A.P.A. Members,

The Youngstown Area Physics Association is sponsoring a Physics Professional Day for local area high school teachers in conjunction with Youngstown State University's Physics & Astronomy Department.  You are cordially invited to attend the Professional Day which will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 8:30AM - 3PM.  In this busy time of the year, it is our hope that you can take time to collaborate with other like-minded area professionals.

Enclosed please find a copy of the approved agenda for the day including a welcome by YSU President Jim Tressel at 9:00 am. You will receive a certificate of attendance and 0.5 CEU for the day.  If you have any specific questions or suggestions please email me at mljanek at ysu.edu<mailto:mljanek at ysu.edu>. The YSU Physics & Astronomy Department faculty members and the Youngstown State University community members look forward to spending interactive time in each of the scheduled sessions.
