I'm sorry, it has taken me longer to assemble the minutes from
the March meeting than I thought it would.  I have the HTML
version almost ready and will be posting it this evening.  I hope
to finish the PDF version on Wednesday.  I'll send another e-mail
when the minutes are ready.
