[Ysu-academic-senate] Correction to March minutes

Dr. Singler has pointed out that there was a mistake in the
minutes for the March meeting, regarding his statement under New
Business (discussion of the OFC Resolution).  I have corrected
his statement in the minutes, and the corrected version is now
posted on the web site:
