[Ysu-academic-senate] Search now available on Senate website

I've added a Google search facility to help locate documents on the Academic Senate website. There is a link to the search at the top of the main Senate page, http://www.ysu.edu/acad-senate

Give it a try, and let me know if it can be improved.
