[Ysu-academic-senate] General Education Proposal in April Senate Minutes

The version of the General Education proposal that I attached to the April
Senate minutes did not contain two editorial changes that were approved at
the April meeting. I have updated the minutes to contain the correct
version, and the revised minutes have been uploaded to the Senate website:
