[Ysu-academic-senate] Academic Senate Meeting

Dear Senators,

Tomorrow, Wednesday, December 3rd, will be the last Senate meeting of the semester.  Please see the agenda for the meeting at the following URL: http://www.ysu.edu/academicsenate/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/December-3-2014-Agenda.pdf.

You will see that the agenda is full and replete with a number discussion items.  In addition to the action items and reports, Dr. Jerryson has requested time to discuss a plus/minus grade system and student committee chairs, Dr. Sinnreich wishes to discuss a "no confidence" resolution, and Dr. Zupanic (a non-Senator) wishes to be recognized to discuss the inclusion of part-time faculty in the Senate membership.

Please be advised that this meeting may run longer than usual if all topics are entertained.  If a quorum is not maintained, decisions may have to held until the next Senate meeting.  By the way, the next meeting of the Academic Senate following tomorrow's will be February 4, 2015.
