Dear Colleagues,

The Academic Senate meets this Wednesday, April 5th, at 4:00 PM in the DeBartolo Hall Auditorium.  Amy Flick has already distributed the agenda which contains a number of discussion topics.  In particular, Dr. Pintar will present the newly revised Undergraduate Student Academic Grievance Procedure.  This document has been posted to Senate’s web page (http://academicsenate.ysu.edu/).  I most strongly urge you to read it prior to attending the Senate meeting.

In addition, Dr. Ball will be presenting a “Student Complaint Policy and Process”, which is attached to the Senate’s agenda.  Again, please review this prior to Wednesday’s presentation.

The agenda also contains other items of interest and there will be a couple of announcement from the Senate Executive Committee.

Please make every effort to not only attend this week’s meeting, but to be prepared for discuss matters presented.
