[Ysu-academic-senate] Inner Circle Gathering After Senate Meeitng

Dear Senate Colleagues,

This is a reminder of the Social Gathering that will be held after the Senate meeting on Wednesday.

With support from the Office of the Provost, the Academic Senate is hosting a second social gathering for all full and part-time faculty, as well as all Senators regardless of faculty status, this Wednesday, March 14th, at the Inner Circle on Lincoln Avenue. This event will begin immediately (about 5:00 PM) following the Senate meeting that day. The social will include free appetizers (pizza and hot chips), but beverages must be purchased (unless you find a benefactor willing to share their good fortune.) The social event is intended to be similar to the old “Civility Hours” that grew out of discussions in the Academic Senate. The event has no purpose other than to bring together faculty to enjoy the company of colleagues and to spur stronger relationships.

I encourage all Senators to gather with our colleagues on Wednesday. Also, be sure to bring a friend.
