[Ysu-academic-senate] Long Senate Agenda Forthcoming

Dear Senators and Other Colleagues,

The agenda for the Academic Senate meeting this coming week (Wednesday, May 1st at 4:00 PM) will be sent out on Monday.  I am waiting for final versions of documents that will be included in the agenda.  These documents contain information that you are strongly encouraged to review prior to coming to the Senate meeting.  I wholly expect these documents to prompt a significant amount of discussion.

Please note that the agenda is business heavy this month.  I am giving fair warning that Wednesday’s meeting will likely go beyond our normal 5:00 PM ending time.  I anticipate the meeting lasting an extra 30 minutes.  Therefore, because some of the issues may require Senate action, I urge you to help maintain quorum by remaining a little longer next week.

Thank you for your consideration.  I look forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday.
