I apologize for the 2<sup>nd</sup> email, however, one of the agenda items previously sent has been modified.  At the request of Dr Amanda Fehlbaum, the censure resolution against Chair-Elect Dr Chet Cooper has been withdrawn.  As a result, item (c) under new

 business will present only 2 resolutions.  Subsequently, item (d) - Chet's response has been removed from the agenda.  The updated changes have been attached.</div>
