“All Senate Appointed Committee shall meet prior to the December 2025 meeting to confirm membership and any vacancies, confirm a chair, and complete the Committee Information sheet available at the Senate web site. Hearing nothing, the Governance will assume
the responsibility of repopulating the committee as per our charge, and the Executive Committee will complete the Committee Information Form”.</div>
