In order to ensure that the agenda and any support documents are collected and posted a week in advance, I am sending out a call now for anyone who wishes to have an item added to the upcoming senate agenda. </span></p>

I'm currently in the process of updating the senate attendance lists. At present, the Elections and Balloting Committee has informed me that there are some elections in progress and that some colleges do have vacant seats. I hope to have the senate attendance
list updated before the first senate meeting so that I can ensure all newly elected senators are added to the senate email list so that they can receive senate updates.</div>
