Case Western Reserve University

 Director, Office of Undergraduate Admissions (Job 8063), salary 
commensurate with experience, posted 07/01/08:

Provide leadership for the Undergraduate Admission Office. 
Responsibilities include the successful implementation of a data-driven 
approach to student recruitment and yield enhancement using market 
research and analysis, segmentation, predictive modeling, geo-market 
analysis and the implementation of a successful scholarship strategy. 
Objectives include achieving University enrollment goals, creating an 
office environment supportive of professional development and inclusive 
decision making, and representing the Undergraduate Admission Office 
and Case Western Reserve University both internally and externally.

The primary objective for all members of the admission staff is to 
serve prospective students and their parents efficiently and 
effectively, with friendliness, enthusiasm, patience and respect. All 
prospective students should be treated equally, without regard to race, 
religion, age, sex, color, disability, sexual orientation, or national 
or ethnic origin.

REQUIREMENTS: Experience -- Minimum of five to eight years of 
professional experience in an institutional environment, preferably 
with a record of achievement in undergraduate admissions. Education -- 
Master’s degree required. Valid driver’s license required. Essential 
Skills -- Superior written and oral communication skills, highly 
organized, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience working as part 
of a team required. Expertise in facilitating organizational 
development and change. Competency for analyzing recruitment-related 
data and assessing programming activities. Ability to work with diverse 
populations. Creativity and energy highly valued. Technical Skills -- 
Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools, such as SPSS or SAS, 
preferred. Demonstrated experience providing leadership relative to 
implementing, integrating, and managing enrollment management data 
systems preferred. Demonstrated experience with the development, 
interpretation, and implementation of predictive models preferred.
