The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County presents the 
Langston Hughes Poet Society of Pittsburgh, who will present “Black Tie 
Poetry—Reading and Remembering Langston Hughes,” at 4:00 p.m. at the 
Newport Branch Library, 3730 Market Street, Youngstown, and again at 
6:30 p.m. at the East Branch Library, 430 Early Road, Youngstown.  For
