If you plan on doing a home project, the Home Depot is inviting
shoppers to "Join the Dream" through a fundraising initiative with the
Center for Civil and Human Rights in hometown Atlanta.

The chain pairs with the non-profit center, which is scheduled to open
in 2010, to merchandise special gift cards bearing the logos of both
partners and the word "Dream." Home Depot pledges to donate 5% of the
value of every card purchased through Feb. 28 (up to $1 million) to
help build a "permanent exhibition home for the personal writings and
papers" of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at the center. Stanchion signs
at store entrances direct shoppers to displays merchandising the
limited-edition cards.

Basically buy the gift card and make your purchase with the gift card.
