Research Assistantship in Latino Immigrant Education at Cornell University
 
Earn a Ph.D. in the field of Education at Cornell University with a research assistantship in Latino Immigrant Education in the state of New York.  This two-year assistantship beginning FALL 2006, with probable extended funding, requires an interest in cultural/anthropological and ethnographic perspectives, ability to speak Spanish, and experience in Latino communities.  Cornell provides a unique learning experience with an individualized course of study emphasizing inter- and multi-disciplinary research and collaboration, including affiliation with the programs in Latino/a Studies and Latin American Studies. The DEADLINE for application is APRIL 10, 2006.  Notification of admission will be made by the first week of May.
