[URBANTH-L]IRB and undergraduate students

As an undergrad taking an upper level anthropology course I was required (by
our instructor, who was given the directive by the university IRB) to take
an online tutorial about protection of human subjects. Here is the tutorial
I was required to take for my later PhD research, offered for free by the
NIH, at
http://cme.cancer.gov/clinicaltrials/learning/humanparticipant-protections.asp.
I think that it could be a valuable tool for undergraduates before they do
fieldwork.

I agree that this discussion has been very good!
