***New Online Race Journal*

**Professor Lou Kushnick has been the editor of Sage Race Relations
Abstracts since 1980, supported by the knowledge and skill of the staff at
the Ahmed Iqbal Ullah Race Relations Resource Centre.  Much to the
disappointment of many of its readers, this journal has ceased to exist in
its present format, but we have come up with an exciting proposal: *a new
online International race journa*l. This would contain far more than just
abstracts and would include academic peer reviewed articles, short reports
on new research, extended peer reviewed essays/book reviews, short book
reviews and potentially a discussion board. There is an opportunity for you
to be involved in this exciting new project.  We are putting together a
distribution list of individuals who would be interested in:

A: being on our distribution list for the online journal

B: being on the editorial board

C: submitting essays, reports, extended book essays/book reviews.
