Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you of an upcoming event at Harvard
University. The Harvard East Asia Society (HEAS) will have its 11th
Annual Graduate Student Conference on February 29 to March 3, 2008.
This is a wonderful opportunity for graduate students to present
their research, meet other graduate students with similar interests,
and gain valuable feedback from Harvard professors.

We are currently accepting abstracts for papers concerning East Asia
(including Inner Asia). All interested graduate students are
encouraged to submit their abstracts via our website at http://
www.hcs.harvard.edu/~heas/conference/ . The final deadline for
submission is December 2, 2007.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could forward this information
to anyone at your institution who might be interested in
participating in this event.

Thank your for your time and attention to this matter.
