Join us to Celebrate the 6th Annual Immigrant Heritage Week @ Hunter College!

Film Screening and Panel Discussion 

This event will feature the award-winning film  "Through Your Eyes", followed by a panel discussion with Argentine film director Rodrigo Furth, members of his crew and faculty from Hunter College.

Through sophisticated humor and keen sensitivity, the challenging personal story of two elderly Argentine protagonists is woven into the lives of many other immigrants in New York City. Through Your Eyes, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Rodrigo Furth, won Best Film Award in the Lleida Film Festival (Spain) in 2007. Main actor Pepe Soriano won the Best Actor Award in the Miami Film Festival in 2006, and in the Lleida Festival in 2007.
