Join us at the 45 Bleecker St. Theatre to show your love for Picture the
Homeless and get an infusion of righteousness from the Rev and the amazing

Friday, May 15: Preserving and Building Community: Resistance in El Barrio:
This historic cultural event at Taino Towers on the night of May 15 will
celebrate community activism in El Barrio past, present, and future. With a
screening of Iris Morales' amazing film about the Young Lords, Palante,
Palante! The Welfare Poets bringing their music and wisdom, and Picture the
Homeless leaders sharing the latest about our Housing Not Warehousing
this promises to be an unforgettable evening.
While it is free and open to the public, we are asking for donations - and
please be generous!
