[Ysu-academic-senate] Senate meeting schedule

Greetings.... this is the first mailing (as well as a test) for
the Academic Senate mailing list for 2003-04.

The first item of news is that the September meeting has been
cancelled in order to have time to get the standing committees
appointed and organized, and to help fill some of the
still-vacant seats in the Senate.  So, the first meeting of the
Academic Senate will be the October meeting.

Here is the list of meeting dates for this year (each is a
Wednesday) --

October 1, 2003
November 5, 2003
December 3, 2003 (if needed)
January 2004 (no meeting)
February 4, 2004
March 3, 2004
April 7, 2004
May 5, 2004

As in the past, the meetings are at 4:00 p.m. in the DeBartolo
Auditorium, room 132.

The Senate web site (http://cc.ysu.edu/acad-senate) will be
updated during September regarding agenda items and the
membership roster.
