Dr. Shipka asked that the following announcement be sent to
Senate members:

Colleagues:  Services for J-C. Smith will be in Hermitage, PA,
at the John Flynn Funeral Home at 2630 E. State Street (Business
Route 62) on Friday, April 28.  There are calling hours from 6
p.m. to 7 p.m. and a memorial service at 7 p.m.  The funeral
home is a short distance west of Route 18 on E. State Street
(Business Route 62).   The funeral home is on the south side of
E. State Street.  The phone number of the funeral home is (724)
347-5000.
