[Ysu-academic-senate] Revised November Senate Agenda

Two changes to the November 1 agenda: An informational report from the General Education Committee has been added (newly-approved courses), and since Dr. Herbert will be out of town on November 1, Nate Ritchey will give the update on the STEM College initiative.
