[YSU-Academic-Senate] Meeting Results - 11-6-24

Good afternoon everyone.

Following yesterday's meeting, there are a few items that have been followed up on.

  1.

Provost Pintar will be provided a report on the Academic Master Plan on 11-12-24 at 2pm.  This will be a virtual meeting.  I have gone ahead and set-up a link for the meeting through cisco webex.  I am working with Academic Affairs to have it distributed to a wider range of the university environment.  For those on the senate list, the meeting information is as follows:

3. The Academic Senate does have a Microsoft TEAMS group where information and resources are stored.  I keep running tracks of documents and records on my own personal storage space and then upload files and recordings of the meetings to TEAMS.  Per the request of Martha at the last meeting, I have now added all current senators to the Academic Senate TEAMS group.  This will allow you to access content that would normally be posted to our website (still waiting for upgrades to complete).  When you access the TEAMS please be careful not to edit or change any of the documents unless directed.  The library uses this TEAMS to upload recordings and copies of our documents to make them digitally available through MAAG for record keeping.  This will be a location where committees can submit updated documents and meeting minutes  to the TEAMS group for record keeping. If anyone has trouble accessing the TEAMS group let me know.  There were a few error messages I received when adding folks, so I want to make sure that everyone was added that needed access.
