[YSU-Academic-Senate] Academic Senate Meeting Results - 2/5/25

Good morning everyone,

The academic senate met on 2/5/25 at 4 pm in Debartolo Hall Rm 132.  Attached are written minutes highlighting some key information from the meeting.  In addition, a recording of the meeting is accessible through the following link and will be posted to the senate website:

In addition, Martha mentioned that I will share a link to upload committee worksheets and information.  I have added only senators to the Academic Senate TEAMS.  Here is a link specifically to the Committee Information folder:

In the folder, you will see specific folders with Committee names.  Committee chairs, feel free to access your committee folder and use it to upload worksheets, documents, and meeting minutes.  I plan to pull the information from the folder when working with IT to update the committee webpages in the coming month.  Committee chairs, if you have trouble accessing the folder, please let me know.

As a reminder, Chet has asked for everyone to send him possible nominations for commencement speakers at the upcoming graduation.  Please get any potential names to Chet as soon as possible.

The next senate meeting will be on 3/12/25 at 4 pm in Debartolo Hall Rm 132.
