[YAPA] Spark timer for tape

Sorry, I did not know Steve H. at Canfield email.  In using the pull tape with 
the cart a  bell with carbon paper or a sharp point with the tape pulled 
between the bell and clapper will mark the tape just as well as a spark timer.
 Some of the pull tapes use to obtain a mark with just light pressure.
