[YAPA] Puzzle

I posted a puzzle recently: "Why do most engineers confuse Halloween and Christmas?"  Since then, I noticed the answer can easily be found on the web.  For those not familiar with this puzzle and still want to try to solve it without checking the answer, note that the day and month of Halloween and Christmas are important to solving the puzzle.  I'll leave it at that...have fun!
