[Ysu-academic-senate] Rescheduled Senate Meeting/Social Gathering

Colleagues,

The Academic Senate meeting that was postponed yesterday has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 14th at 4:00 PM in the DeBartolo Hall auditorium.  A slightly revised agenda shall be sent out soon.

In addition, we have rescheduled the Social Gathering to take place at the Inner Circle (Lincoln Avenue).  It will take place after the Academic Senate meeting starting at approximately 5:00 pm. This event is hosted by the Academic Senate, with support from the Office of the Provost, for all full- and part-time faculty members as well as all Senators. The social event is intended to be similar to the old “Civility Hours” that grew out of discussions in the Academic Senate. The social will include free appetizers (pizza and hot chips), but beverages must be purchased. Our mission is to bring together faculty to enjoy the company of colleagues and to spur stronger relationships.
