[bfsa] BFSA special elections/ reorganization

Hi folks


Passing these suggestions along to the group.


In addition to our upcoming elections for President, Vice President,
Secretary, and Treasurer,

There have been a few suggestions for other officers and  several
permanent committees:

Suggestions have been made to add


                    Public Relations Officer (This suggestion took
several forms including Media Relations Officer?)

                    IT (Information Technology Officer) Responsible for
BFSA Web Site, BFSA database, BFSA Listserve etc

                    Permanent Research Committee (with rotating group
members)

                    Permanent Advocacy Committee (with rotating group
members)

                    Permanent Planning/Event Committee (with rotating
group members)



If there are more suggestions out there pleez feel free to post them, we
record all the suggestions and present them
at the next official BFSA meeting which is tenatively planned for
10/21/2005.

Don't forget  the BFSA is accepting nominations for all officers in a
special election.  For more information
