[bfsa] Special Election Clarification

According the BFSA constitution Article IV section C (concerning term
limits)

the following offices are currently open and unoccupied:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer

The reason that the special elections are being held is to
fill these offices as soon as possible.

If there is anyone that you want to see in one of these positions

and make your nominations.
