[bfsa] New Website locations and additional nominations

The old website address has been moved.

We are in the process of putting up several new sites.
For now the BFSA website can be accessed at:

The old web site can be accessed at

http://www.cc.ysu.edu/bfsa/index.html.old

We will continue the nomination process until Friday the 28 at
5:30 p.m.

William Blake and Robin Bradly have been encouraged to participate
in the nomination process.  They are welcome to run for any office
that they have not had for three consecutive terms.
