[bfsa] BFSA Group page Request

FYI
   I have submitted a request for a BFSA Group in MyYSU Portal.  Once I 
receive notification that the request has been approved, I will begin 
adding members names and inviting members to join the group.
 From a BFSA group page we will be able to post files, post 
announcements, etc.  I will keep you infomed as to how this progresses.
