Greetings,

I was speaking with Ted Bestor at the San Jose AAA meetings this past 
November and he mentioned that he had spoken with someone who was 
putting together a panel on the city as spectacle.  I'm currently 
working on the Olympics in Beijing and he mentioned that the panel 
organizers were looking for an Olympics component to what they currently 
have.  If anyone knows who this organizer and/or one of the participants 
might be, could s/he please respond to me at hubbert at lclark.edu.
