Dear Hulya, 
Good argument. I, too, lament the situation that prevents our neediest
colleagues from participating in the AAA meetings, let alone this workshop.
I could not find any contemporary information on AAA's website, but in the
past the workshop fees were $50. It all goes to SUNTA. I get only the
satisfaction of stimulating conversation about teaching with colleagues.
