Associate Campaigns Director, Boston
The Associate Campaigns Director will work as a lead member of the Campaigns
Team to develop and implement Corporate Accountability's organizing
strategy, with particular emphasis on our Challenging Corporate Control of
Water Campaign. Through in-person meetings, on the phone, and at actions and
events, the Associate Campaigns Director will organize activists and
organizational allies to build the base of power to win our campaigns.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate international, national, regional and local actions and events,
with a focus on our U.S. and international water campaigning.
Supervise campaign organizers.
Help build, develop and maintain Corporate Accountability International's
national and international activist and ally base.
Organize activists in person and on the phone, as well as through written

Foster relations and coalitions with allied groups, organizations and
individuals, and develop activist leadership, with a focus on our campaign
challenging corporate control of water.
Play a lead role in recruiting new staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated commitment to corporate accountability, with a global

At least 5 years as a full-time staff organizer in a progressive social
change organization, including 1-2 years of international organizing
experience or national field organizing experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage organizing programs, develop and implement
plans.
Staff management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Operations Manager, Boston *New Position!
The Operations Manager oversees the development and implementation of plans
and programs to ensure effective and efficient operations and systems across
all units and offices of the organization.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train and supervise receptionist.

Membership Manager, Boston
For the last 30 years, Corporate Accountability International has
successfully challenged corporations like GE, Nestlé, and Philip Morris to
halt abusive practices that threaten public health, the environment and our
democracy. Think Outside the Bottle, our leading campaign, is currently
exposing the truth behind bottled water marketing and defending the basic
human right to water in the face of increasing corporate control of the
resource. Our ongoing and emerging campaigns also challenge the abuses of
major tobacco, food and oil transnationals.
The Membership Manager will help build Corporate Accountability
International's base of members nationwide. The Membership Manager will act
as the main point of contact with our members, communicating with them
primarily over the telephone and through written correspondence, and will
play a lead role in building Corporate Accountability International's
monthly giving program, coordinating phone banks, and participating in other
fundraising efforts as needed.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with an experienced team to develop materials and programs to solicit,
cultivate and expand Corporate Accountability International's base of
members.
Lead efforts to build and maintain Corporate Accountability International's
monthly giving program.
Responsible for budgeting and cash flow for monthly donor program.
