Three Ph.D. fellowships on the topics listed below are available at  
the K.U.Leuven (Belgium):

- Water Infrastructure Consumptions in Indonesian Cities
- Integrated Area Development in Metropolises of the Global South
- A reappraisal of spatial planning practices in Africa

Outstanding Ph.D. candidates with a Scientific Master degree in a  
spatial planning or development discipline from any country in the  
Global South can apply. The PhDs will be carried out under supervision  
of professor Frank Moulaert.
