Consultant Services for Homebuyer Assistance Program Administration

Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego

 

The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego seeks qualified firms to
provide consultant services to administer first-time homebuyer assistance
programs. The goal of these programs is to facilitate homeowner occupancy
through subordinate loans to improve neighborhood stability, encourage
private investment, and enhance the local housing stock.

 

Although the Agency consists of three entities (i.e., the Redevelopment
Division, the Centre City Development Corporation, and the Southeastern
Economic Development Corporation), this solicitation for consultant services
to administer homebuyer assistance programs is only for the project areas
managed by the Redevelopment Division of City of San Diego's City Planning &
Community Investment Department. The Division implements redevelopment
activities within eleven (11) redevelopment project areas totaling
approximately 7,600 acres and provides overall management and administrative
services for the Agency.

 

The RFP is available on the Agency's website at

submit proposals is April 10, 2009, by 5:00pm.
