[YSU-Academic-Senate] Call for Agenda Items: Academic Senate Meeting on 9/3

Good morning everyone and welcome back!

Our first senate meeting is scheduled for 9/3/25 at 4 pm in Debartolo Hall Rm 132 which is in just over 2 weeks following labor day.  In order to ensure that the agenda and any support documents are collected and posted a week in advance, I am sending out a call now for anyone who wishes to have an item added to the upcoming senate agenda.

Please have any agenda items in to me by Monday, 8-25-26 at 5 pm so that I can put a draft together for the executive committee to approve in advance of the senate meeting.

If you would like to have an item added, please send the following information:

Please have any supporting materials submitted no later than 1 week before the meeting (8/27/25) so that it can be posted ahead of time for review by the senators.

If you are new to the senate this year,  we are happy to have you onboard and look forward to seeing you throughout the year during senate meetings.    All senate sessions are conducted IN-PERSON on campus.  Attendance at all senate sessions is required so that we can have sufficient quorum for conducting any senate business.
