[YSU-Academic-Senate] Upcoming Senate Meeting Agenda: 2/5/25

Good afternoon everyone,

You will find attached to this email the upcoming agenda for the next senate meeting on 2/5/25 at 4 pm in Debartolo Hall Rm 132.  In addition, support documents are also attached with information related to agenda topics.  Please note that there might be a couple of additional documents that might be sent in the next couple of days as I continue to receive additional information.  Please be on the lookout for these documents as they are important to review ahead of the next senate meeting.

Some key additional information:

  1.
Martha Pallante will be chairing the next senate meeting
  2.
The previously scheduled March 5th senate meeting has been rescheduled to March 12.  The senate will meet at 4pm in Debartolo Hall Rm 132 on March 12.  Please make a note of this important change.
  3.
Please note the attached Academic Events Committee Report.  The Academic Events Committee is looking for additional nominations for commencement speakers.  Please send any nominations you might have promptly to Chair Chet Cooper for consideration at the next Academic Events Committee Meeting.
